James Neil Mathis, JR.

Mr. James Neil Mathis, Jr, age 51 of Clinton passed away Sunday, January 23, 2022 at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. 
 
James Neil was a member of  New Harmony Baptist Church and was a farmer.  
 
He is survived by his wife, Dawn Mullins Mathis of Clinton; Son, Jordan Mathis of Clinton; Daughter, Madalyn Mathis of Clinton; Mother, Stella Mathis of Clinton; Sister, Lori Miller of Benton and Brother, Jeremy (Angel) Mathis of Clinton. 
 
He is preceded in death by his Father, James Neil Mathis, SR
 
Funeral Services will be held 12 PM on Thursday, January 27, 2022 at New Harmony Baptist Church with Bro. Cory Holt and Bro. Larry Fraser officiating.  Burial will follow in the Oakwood Cemetery.  Visitation will be held from 5-8 PM on Wednesday at New Harmony Baptist Church and after 11 AM on Thursday.
