Donald S. Houston

Mr. Donald S. Houston, age 84, of Murray, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, at the Spring Creek Healthcare in Murray, Kentucky.
          Mr. Houston was born on January 13, 1940, in Independence, Missouri to the late Elton Houston and Florence Garland Houston. He retired from General Tire and was of the Baptist Faith.
          In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Leslie Boyce Houston.
          Survivors include his wife, Virginia Houston of Murray, Kentucky; one son, Keith Houston and wife Amy of Murray, Kentucky; two sisters, Laverne Henderson of Hardin, Kentucky and Mary Lou Joseph of O'Fallon, Missouri; two grandchildren, Ryan Keith Houston and wife Brittney and James Taylor Houston and wife Chelsey all of Murray, Kentucky; as well as four great-grandchildren, Lawson, Charlotte, Kane, and Kallie Houston all of Murray, Kentucky.
          A graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m., Friday, April 12, 2024, at the Murray Memorial Gardens with Bro. Brett Miles officiating. There will be no public visitation held.
