Mr. Keith Owen Chadwick, age 57, of Murray, Kentucky, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at Patriot Health and Rehab in Paris, Tennessee.
Keith was born on January 21, 1969, in Murray, Kentucky, to Linda Willoughby Chadwick and Steve Chadwick. He was saved by Grace and was of the Baptist faith. Keith loved to hunt and fish, although his focus became more on fishing when he had time. He was an avid UK Wildcats Basketball fan.
Keith worked a total of 22 years in farm related occupations, having worked for Furches Farms in Murray and Henry Farmers Coop at Midway. He also enjoyed his employment at Webasto while they were in Murray, where he worked with robotics and was being trained to become a team leader.
Keith remained single, although the love of his life, Julie, who lived in Pennsylvania, was diagnosed with leukemia before they were married.
In addition to his father and best friend, Steve Chadwick, who died in 2013, Keith was preceded in death by his grandparents, Roy Arlon Willoughby and Geneva Futrell Willoughby, and Edward Chadwick and Thelma Morris Chadwick, as well as aunts and uncles, Wanda Willoughby Hughes, Douglas Willoughby, Jane Chadwick Garland, and Sammy Chadwick.
Survivors include his mother, Linda Willoughby Chadwick, uncles Dallas Willoughby and wife, Ladean, and Jacky Hughes, all of Murray; aunt, Jean Willoughby of Martin, Tennessee, and several cousins, as well as his many friends at Bee Creek Crossing Apartments, in Murray.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, July 25, 2026, at the Northside Baptist Church, 884 Radio Road, Almo Kentucky 42020. Bro. Brett Miles and Bro. Sammy Cunningham will officiate. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. till 1p.m., Saturday, July 25, 2026, at the Northside Baptist Church.
