Mrs. Donna L. (Overcast) Wilson

Mrs. Donna L. (Overcast) Wilson, age 68, of Mayfield, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at Baptist Health Hospital in Paducah, Kentucky.
            Mrs. Wilson was born in Murray, Kentucky on February 17, 1958, to the late Samuel “Sam” Overcast and Shirley (Morton) O’Dell. Mrs. Wilson retired from Murray State University after 27 years of service in the printing department. She was a member of the Pryorsburg Independent Methodist Church.
            Mrs. Wilson is survived by her husband, Joe Wilson of Mayfield, Kentucky; one son, Michael Salmon and wife Teri of Mayfield, Kentucky; three step sons, Joshua Wilson, Thomas Wilson, and Daniel Wilson all of Murray, Kentucky; three brothers, Stan Overcast of Florida, Keith Overcast and wife Tracy of Puryear, Tennessee, and Kenny Overcast of Wickliffe, Kentucky; eight grandchildren, Haley, Dakota, Austin, Abel, Kailey, Zoe, Laurel, and Sarah; four great grandchildren, Jaxson, Everly, Logan, and Lola; as well as several nieces and nephews.
            A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 26, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home and Cremation Services. Bro. Mickey Fowler and Bro. James Smith will officiate, and burial will follow in the Lynnville Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m.at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
