Mrs. Randa Broach Cunningham

Mrs. Randa Broach Cunningham, age 89, of Murray, Kentucky, passed away Monday, April 20, 2026, at the Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, Kentucky.
          Mrs. Cunningham was born on October 5, 1936, in Murray, Kentucky, to the late Harrell Broach and Mavis Jones Broach. Randa was a graduate of Murray State University with a master’s degree and taught elementary school for 30 years in the Calloway County School System. She was a charter member of the Westside Baptist Church, Praise Sunday School Class and was in the choir and various other committees.
          In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ted M. Cunningham; as well as her in-laws; Paul Cunningham and Estelle Cain Cunningham.
          Survivors include one daughter, Teresa Richerson and husband Danny of Murray, Kentucky; one son, Greg Cunninhgam and wife Trisha of Fairview, Texas; one sister, Sharilyn Erwin of Murray, Kentucky; four grandchildren, Amy Ramage and husband Josh of Princeton, Kentucky, Erin Passmore and husband Brandon of Murray, Kentucky, Chris Cunningham of Irving, Texas, and Carrie Hood and husband Zach of McKinney, Texas; as well as five great-grandchildren, Ethan and Evan Ramage both of Princeton, Kentucky, Blake and Reid Passmore both of Murray, Kentucky and Estelle Hood of McKinney; also several nieces, nephews and cousins.
          A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, May 8, 2026, at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Darren Jackson and Matt Sullivan will officiate and burial will follow in the South Pleasant Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. till 2:00 p.m., Friday, May 8, 2026, at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
