The Chiefs notched three runs in the seventh inning, by Cody Holub and Zach Hayes, who each drove in runs during the inning knotting things up at 3-3.

The Rhythm put the game away in the ninth with three runs to defeat the chiefs in front of their home crowd 6-3.

Jalen Wirtz was credited with the victory for the Full Count Rhythm. The pitcher lasted one inning, allowing one hit and zero runs while striking out one. Will Pryor and Jackson Benjamin entered the game out of the bullpen and helped to close out the game in relief.

 Richard Belcher took the loss on the mound for the Chiefs. He allowed four hits and three runs while striking out two over two innings of work.

Elijah Brooks and Colby Morse led the Chiefs at the plate, each recording a pair of hits.

Henry Mosley, Levi Perrell, and Drew Lowery collected multiple hits for the Rhythm in the win.

The Chiefs return to action on the road Saturday as they face the Railroaders with the first pitch at 7 p.m. Here all the action on The Fan 99.5 F.M.
