Suspicious Vehicle Complaint Leads to DUI Charge

A call about a suspicious vehicle Monday afternoon led to a woman's arrest.

Marshall County deputies responded to Dees Cemetery after someone reported seeing a vehicle pulling in and parking.

Deputies say the driver, Aimee Smith, showed signs of impairment.

Following a field sobriety test, Smith was arrested and charged with first-degree DUI. 

She was lodged in the Marshall County Jail.
