Paducah's Lower Town Arts and Music Festival is set for this Friday evening and all day Saturday.
Four blocks of Lower Town, centered around the intersection of 7th and Madison Streets, will once again be taken over with live music, artist booths, and local food and drink.
Nearly two dozen musical acts will be performing on two stages, ranging from local bands and Paducah Symphony youth, to Grammy Award winner Robert Randolph.
They'll provide the soundtrack while visitors view a curated selection of fine art and handcrafted work from the Paducah and regional art community, including live demonstrations and items available for sale.
There will also be a variety of vendors offering food, craft beverages, beer, wine and nonalcoholic offerings, plus other festival favorites.
Other activities will include hands-on art experiences and a children's pavilion with lots of kids activities.
For schedules, sponsors and opportunities to volunteer at the festival, go to their official website at ltamf.com .
