Paducah Parks and Recreation is presenting the Noble Park Fish Out Tournament for kids from 5 to 12 years of age.

The free catch and release tournament will be Saturday, June 6 at Lake Montgomery in Noble Park.

Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. at Shelter 10 across the road from the pool. Fishing is from 8 until 9:45 a.m. An awards ceremony will follow at 10 a.m.

Children may use their own pole and bring their own bait, or they may borrow a pole and/or bait from Paducah Parks while supplies last. A fishing license is not needed as youth under the age of 16 do not need a fishing license in Kentucky.

Awards will be given for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in the categories of Heaviest Fish and Most Fish Caught for both girls and boys. The age divisions for awards are 5-7, 8-10, and 11-12.
