After a day of welcome rain on Saturday, Easter Sunday was sunny and cool. Some areas could touch 39 again overnight.
Those seasonally cool temperatures will prevail the first half of the coming week. Monday's high will try to reach 70, and Tuesday only calls for 63. Paducah's historical average high for the first week of April is 67 degrees.
Mild temperatures will climb through 70s during the back half of the week.
Just a small rain chance will reappear by Friday with a warmer 81 forecast.
