An Alabama man was injured then arrested following a traffic accident in Caldwell County Wednesday.
The Caldwell County Sheriff's Office said the accident occurred on northbound I 69. An investigation determined 36-year-old David Rogers lost control of his vehicle, crossed the median onto the southbound lanes, came back back across the lanes and eventually came to rest in the median.
Rogers was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and driving without an operator’s license.
Deputies said Rogers was first treated at the scene then transported to a Paducah hospital.
