According to KYTN, Union City Police say 45-year-old Gavin J. Dunn, 18-year-old Joseph Layne Dunn, and a 16-year-old juvenile, all of Bradford, were charged with theft of property, conspiracy to commit theft, and burglary.
The thefts occurred on September 21st, 27th, 29th, and October 8th, which resulted in a loss of property valued at $15,545.
Items taken during the thefts from the Union City store included a zero turn lawn mower, 38 multiple length ladders, pressure washers, an air compressor, and a mini-bike.
Police say the arrests were due in part to the recovery of stolen items from the Lowes in Dyersburg, that had been placed on Facebook Marketplace.
