Benton man jailed on outstanding warrants

A Benton man was arrested Saturday for three active warrants out of Marshall County for failure to appear.

Benton police said 37-year-old Paul S. Kissiar was located in a wooded area and he fled on foot. 

Kissiar was quickly apprehended and charged with the additional charges of menacing, alcohol intoxication in a public place, fleeing or evading police and resisting arrest.
