An Almo man was arrested Friday night on several charges after Calloway County Sheriff's deputies tried to serve a bench warrant.
Deputies found 38-year-old Jeremy Littleton at an Almo residence. Upon arrival, Littleton fled through the back door into a wooded area but was later located.
A handgun believed to belong to the subject was recovered. Littleton had previously been convicted of felony drug charges in 2017.
Littleton was charged with possesion of a handgun by a convicted felon, a bench warrant for failure to appear and fleeing or evading police. He was lodged in the Calloway County Detention Center.
