A Cunningham man was arrested on Wednesday who allegedly made threatening posts on social media.
According to the Carlisle County Sheriff’s Office, River Counties 911 Dispatch received calls on June 11 about someone who posted multiple posts on Facebook threatening people in Carlisle County.
The River Counties Drug and Violent Crimes Task Force identified the suspect as Joseph Cook. They also learned Cook had an active felony arrest warrant.
Investigators located Cook in the sleeper cab of a semi-truck at a business on KY 121. He was taken into custody and transported to the Ballard County Detention Center.
Cook was charged with six counts of third-degree terroristic threatening and was also served his active felony arrest warrant.
