A Grand Rivers woman is facing drug and alcohol charges after a traffic stop in Marshall County.

Marshall County Sheriff’s deputies stopped a vehicle driven by 26-year-old Faythe Hamilton of Grand Rivers. Deputies believe Hamilton was intoxicated. They reportedly located an open container and some drugs in the vehicle.

Hamilton was charged with possession of a controlled substance, prescription not in a proper container, an open alcohol container in a vehicle, and DUI - third offense.
