Gas prices rise Thanksgiving week

Gas prices in West Central Kentucky are eight cents higher this week at $2.97, according to AAA East Central's Gas Price Report.

However, the average price in Paducah is at $2.83.  The highest price in the West Central Kentucky area is in Louisville at $3.23.

The national average this week is $3.30.
