According to WKDZ, Kentucky State Police say they were called to the 4200 block of Charleston Road for an accident.
Their preliminary investigation found a pickup truck changed lanes to pass another vehicle on Charleston Road, and struck 49-year-old David Baggott, who was riding a bicycle. Baggott was pronounced dead at the scene by the Hopkins County Coroner.
KSP says the investigation into the deadly crash is ongoing.
