Kentucky Lake boater rescued after boat found circling with no one aboard

Emergency crews rushed to Kentucky Lake in Marshall County Friday night after receiving a report about a boat circling in the water with no boater on board.

When crews arrived, responders said they found a male in the water with severe injuries to his upper torso.

The boater was flown to a hospital for treatment. His condition and what happened are unknown.

Marshall County Rescue Squad, East Marshal Fire Department, Ky Fish and Wildlife, Marshall County EMS, and Air Evac responded to the scene.
