Be there as winning anglers crowned this weekend at Kentucky Lakes $150K Bass Pro Tour event

Major League Fishing invites fans to Kentucky Lake this weekend to celebrate with professional anglers from the Bass Pro Tour as they crown champions and hand out $150,000 in prize money.

Fans are invited to the Kentucky Lake swim beach at Gilbertsville on Saturday and Sunday starting at 3 p.m. for a big screen watch party and live music. At 5 p.m. trophies will be awarded and the top ten anglers will be interviewed.

The first 50 kids 14 and under will receive a free Abu Garcia rod and reel each day and the first 100 attendees will receive vouchers for free food. The event also includes a youth fishing derby and a casting contest.

Bass Pro Tour anglers will be on hand both days to meet and greet fans, sign autographs and take selfies.

This week's fishing has been hosted by the Kentucky Lake Convention & Visitors Bureau and the Calloway County Tourism Commission
