Mayfield man arrested after an assault in a home

A Mayfield man has been arrested following an assault in a home.

Mayfield Police said they were called to a home on Monday for a report of an assault. Their investigation indicated that 44-year-old Dustin Kincer of Mayfield had assaulted and injured the victim. Kincer was arrested and will face charges of assault-domestic violence, unlawful imprisonment, terroristic threatening, and wanton endangerment.

Kincer was taken to the McCracken County Regional Jail.
