Deputies were called to the Superway Market at Lone Oak Road at Charleston Avenue after employees discovered the break-in. Surveillance footage showed a male inside the store at about 9:30 p.m. The individual is said to have broken a window to get inside. The footage allegedly shows the man taking items from behind the cash register.
Investigators believe the man lives close by.
Anyone with information as to the identity of the man is asked to contact the McCracken County Sheriff's Office or leave an anonymous tip with West Kentucky Crime Stoppers.
