Missing swimmer found deceased in Land Between the Lakes

Several agencies were involved in the search for a missing man found deceased in Land Between the Lakes on Wednesday afternoon.

WKDZ reported the man had been swimming near Sugar Bay with friends in a boat, but the people with the victim lost track of him and called for assistance.

The body was located, and the Trigg County Coroner's Office was called to the scene. 

No information as to the victim's identity was released.

Several agencies were involved in the search including: Trigg County Rescue, Marshall County Rescue, Lyon County Rescue, Kentucky Fish And Wildlife, Kentucky State Police, US Forest Service, and Trigg County EMS.
