A man wanted in connection to the fatal shooting at a restaurant in Nashville on Easter Sunday was arrested in Princeton Tuesday.

Princeton police said 46-year-old Anton Rucker of Murfreesboro, Tennessee was taken into custody at a residence without incident after police received information from the Pennyriile Narcotics Task Force that the suspect was believed to be in Princeton.

Rucker was lodged in the Caldwell County Jail, awaiting extradition to Tennessee on charges of criminal homicide.

Rucker is accused of killing one man and injuring six others in the shooting at the Roasted restaurant in Nashville's Salemtown neighborhood on Sunday.

Metro Nashville police said Rucker has an extensive rap sheet, which includes multiple convictions for aggravated assault, evading police and selling drugs.

Police also found 43-year old Terrance Hall of Princeton at the residence. He was taken into custody on unrelated charges as a fugitive out of Tennessee in connection with a 2020 domestic assault.

WPKY reported that inside the home, Princeton Police found guns, along with a large amount of cash, meth and marijuana.
