New Caldwell County Judicial Center names construction manager

A construction manager has been selected for the new Caldwell County Judicial Center.

WPKY reported during a special called meeting of the Caldwell County Project Devlelopment Board earlier this week that WEHR Construction was chosen as the construction manager.

Caldwell Judge Executive Kota Young said the pre construction phase of the project continues to move forward. 

The Judicial Center project began last year with an estimated price tag of just over $33 million.  

Construction and maintenance costs will be covered through the Administrative Office of the Courts. Caldwell County will own the new judicial center once completed,

The project was approved by the Kentucky General Assembly as part of the Judicial Branch budget for fiscal years 2024-2026.
