The summer-long micro-surfacing project on Interstate 24 will resume on Monday in McCracken County.
Crews will begin paving on I-24 westbound near Exit 16 and working toward the I-24 Ohio River Bridge before moving eastbound.
Crews will be working overnight from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., in approximately 8-mile sections.
Intermittent ramp closures of about an hour will take place when work is occurring in the adjacent right-hand lane.
Th3 work is part of a $9 million project along Interstates 24 and 69 in KYTC District 1.
The entire project is scheduled for completion by October.
