According to WKDZ, Pembroke Police report that a vehicle driven by Bradley Weaver left the roadway on East Nashville Street and stuck a utility pole.
Weaver had to be extricated from the vehicle and was taken to Tennova Healthcare in Clarksville for treatment.
The crash is believed to have been caused by a medical issue.
