Princeton man indicted on sexual abuse charge involving a victim under 12

A Princeton man has been indicted on a sexual abuse charge involving a victim under the age of 12.

According to WPKY, the Caldwell County Grand Jury handed down the indictment this week. Caldwell County Sheriff Don Weedman said that the investigation into the charges against Charles Hanks began back in February after a juvenile girl reported the alleged sexual abuse. The victim is said to have told police that the abuse occurred between May 2024 and February 2025.  

Hanks was arrested on the indictment warrant Saturday at a home in Crider. He was taken to the Caldwell County Jail.
