Section of Greenway Trail to close Monday for repairs

The City of Paducah announced on Thursday that a section of the Greenway Trail would close on Monday for repairs.

The closure is part of the Paducah Floodwall Rehabilitation Project with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Crews will be replacing the section of Greenway Trail that had to be removed to install discharge pipes associated with the construction of a new floodwall pump station. 

The trail will be closed next week from the 2.7 to 2.9 mile marker.
