UPDATE WEDNESDAY:

Escaped Henry County inmate Ronnie Sharp was picked up Wednesday morning from the Obion County Jail and transported back to Henry County.

After trying to evade Henry County and Calloway County deputies on Tuesday morning, Ronnie Sharp was taken into custody on State Street in Hazel after fleeing into an occupied home. Sharp's last known address was in Hazel.

The return concluded a pair of searches for Sharp and Joshua Harris, who was caught Monday evening in Union City.

The pair escaped from the Henry County Jail over the weekend by prying open the ceiling of a cell, then through a skylight on the roof.

Along the way, it's believed the escapees stole a four-door truck with a dump bed in Tennessee. The truck was later found in Kentucky.

UPDATE TUESDAY:

Both of the inmates who escaped from the Henry County Jail are now back in custody.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation posted that Ronnie Sharp was captured Tuesday in Union City after a foot chase.

Joshua Harris was captured earlier in Henry County.

The stolen vehicle was also recovered.

ORIGINAL STORY:
The public is still warned to be on the lookout for one of two Henry County, Tennessee fugitives.

The Henry County Sheriff's Office said 40-year-old Joshua Harris has been recaptured, but 48-year-old Ronnie Sharp is still on the loose.

The pair reportedly pried through a cell ceiling and opened a skylight to escape from the Henry County Jail.

Authorities believe the men are responsible for stealing a 2006 white Chevy 3500 four door truck with a black dump bed from a location on Highway 69 North.

Sharp is described as white, 5'11" tall and 160 pounds. His last known address was in Hazel.

He should be considered dangerous. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Henry County Sheriff's Office at 731-642-1672.

Sharp was on the run for about two weeks last summer. After multiple pursuits and an alleged home invasion, he was captured and has since had about three dozen pending charges in Henry, Marshall and Calloway counties, including kidnapping, aggravated assault, assault on an officer, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
