Three-car crash west of Kentucky Oaks Mall includes one car in flames

A three-car crash on US 60 in McCracken County Friday night included a car that caught on fire.

According to the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office, the crash occurred at US Highway 60 and Old US Highway 60, near Tractor Supply west of Kentucky Oaks Mall.

Deputies said when they arrived, they found one car fully engulfed in flames. Concord firefighters extinguished the fire.

Deputies said a silver pickup truck, driven by 46-year-old Brian Pace, of Paducah attempted to cross US Highway 60 onto Old US Highway 60 and was struck by a car, driven by 27-year-old Matthew Higgins, of Kevil that was traveling eastbound on US Highway 60. The pickup truck then struck a SUV that was stationary at the stop sign of Old US Highway 60 driven by 49-year-old Jeffry Tucker of Paducah.

According to the sheriff’s office, no injuries were reported in the crash.
