Two western Kentucky County Attorneys nominated to statewide association

Two western Kentucky county attorneys have been nominated to serve on the executive committee of the Kentucky County Attorneys Association.  

Jason Darnall of  Marshall County was nominated to serve as the Vice President and Cade Foster of McCracken County was nominated to serve as an at-large Director.  

Both Darnall and Foster are serving in their second term on the board.

Darnall was also nominated to serve on the Kentucky's Prosecutors Advisory Council.  

This group meets monthly, along with the Attorney General's office and nominated board members of the Commonwealth Attorney's Association.  

The PAC board addresses prosecutor's offices day to day functioning, office funding, and legislative priorities from the perspective of prosecution.

The Kentucky County Attorneys Association represents all 120 Kentucky County Attorneys, with a focus on legislative priorities that affect their communities, prosecutorial duties, and civil duties.
