Two Paducah men have been arrested, and one suspect is still being sought in connection to a disturbance that occurred on Ohio Street over the weekend.

Paducah Police said officers responded Saturday afternoon to the 2400 block of Ohio Street to reports of multiple people shooting at each other. Officers said two groups had been arguing when a man, later identified as Cortez Gray, allegedly fired at least 10 rounds at the other group.

Responding officers said they saw four men walking in an alley near where the incident occurred. While speaking with the men, they discovered one of them, Darrian Scarbrough, had reportedly hidden a black hooded sweatshirt and bag in a nearby carport. Police said the bag contained a black Springfield Armory handgun, 19.5 grams of marijuana, and 13 Xanax pills.

Officers said they learned that Dorian Lewis had also allegedly fired a handgun during the altercation. Due to previous felony convictions, both Gray and Scarbrough are prohibited from possessing firearms.

Scarbrough and Lewis were arrested. Cortez Gray was gone when officers arrived and is currently wanted. He is described as a black male with black hair standing 6’02” and weighing 226 pounds. Gray should be considered armed and anyone with information about his location should call 911.
