Two arrested in Murray drug investigation

A narcotices investigation led to the arrest of two Murray men.

The Calloway County Sheriff's Office said Wednesday that 49-year-old Malion D. Moore and 19-year-old Kent Braden were arrested at a North 5th Street residence on charges stemming from a search warrant issued February 6th.

During the search, marijuana and related drug paraphernalia were observed in plain view and in close proximity to two juveniles.

Moore is charged with trafficking in cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.  Braden is charged with trafficking in marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Both men were lodged at the Calloway County Detention Facility.
