United Way of Western Kentucky names new CEO

The United Way of Western Kentucky has named a new CEO.  

Kelly Channell, who has been the agency's Chief Operations Officer since 2021, will replace Betsy Burkeen, who resigned to become the new CEO of EasterSeals West Kentucky.

Before joining United Way, Channell, a native of Ballard County was the Member Services Director for the Paducah Area Chamber of Commerce.
