The National Weather Service's 6-10 day outlook through December 13 points toward colder temps for states east of the Mississippi River. Our region is banded next to the more normal forecast areas, while the Northeast looks to get the largest departure from normal.
Our local forecast is calling for highs in the 40s for the most part over the next week, warming a bit by Wednesday. Paducah's historical average high for next week is 50 degrees.
