A Logan County man has been charged after Kentucky State Police reportedly found child sexual abuse material.
Troopers from the Electronic Crime Branch arrested 33-year-old Anthony Michael Kirkpatrick following an investigation into his alleged sharing of images portraying child sexual abuse material online. The undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation led troopers to interview Kirkpatrick on Friday. At that time, Kirkpatrick was arrested, and equipment was seized.
Kirkpatrick was charged with ten counts of distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor under 12. He was booked into the Logan County Detention Center.
