Chiefs eliminated from OVL playoffs after 5-3 loss to Miners

The Paducah Chiefs fell to the Madisonville Miners 5-3 Wednesday night at Brooks Stadium.

Madisonville wins the best-of-three playoff series by two games to one. They'll move on to the Ohio Valley League semifinal round to face the Henderson Flash in a best-of-three series beginning Friday night in Henderson. 

Meanwhile, the Hoptown Hoppers will host the Fulton Railroaders in the other semifinal series beginning Friday in Hopkinsville.
