Racers host SIU Monday

The Murray State Racers carry a six-game win streak into Monday's game at home against the Southern Illinois Salukis.

Murray State is 2-0 in the MVC with a home win last week over Drake and a road win at Valparaiso, as the Racers have matched their best start to an MVC season, which they also went 2-0 in their first season of 2022-23.

The Racers 6-game streak is tied for the best currently in the MVC with Bradley, while Belmont has won it's last four games.

The 6 p.m. tip is a Missouri Valley Conference feature game as the two long time rivals continue their series since the Racers joined the league in 2022. The Salukis won the first four meetings with the Racers, scoring a pair of wins in the 2024-25 season.
