In observance of Public Power Week, Paducah Power will hold its annual E-scrap collection day on Monday, Oct. 13 from 7 am til 4pm on their parking lot at 1500 Broadway.
It's a free way for McCracken County residents to properly dispose of your old electronics and fluorescent light bulbs. Please bring your ID in case they need to verify residency.
They'll accept old computers, laptops, TVs, DVD players, VCRs, printers, small electronic waste and fluorescent light bulbs. They cannot accept large appliances, and this is a residential collection, so no large commercial loads.
They also recommend that you destroy the hard drive on computers and laptops before dropping them off.
Please follow the signs and enter from Broadway at the last entrance to our property.
Paducah Power partners with CleanEarth Inc. for this service.
