Sunrise Resolution 5K run kicks off the New Year

Kick off the New Year at the Sunrise Resolution 5K and one mile youth fun run on Thursday, January 1.

It takes place at Beacon Dragway with a flat and fast 5K course. The 5K race starts at 9:00 a.m., followed by the One Mile Kids Fun Run at 10:30.

Runners of all ages can compete for male and female as well as age group prizes in categories ranging from 16 and under to 66 and over, plus refreshments and door prizes. 

Registration is just $30 online. Sign up by December 26 for a guaranteed shirt size.

Race day registration will be $35.
