Alabama man facing drug charges in Marshall County

An Alabama man is facing drug charges in Marshall County after a call about his behavior in a store.

Marshall County Sheriff's deputies were called to the Dollar General at US 68 and KY 95 after 45-year-old Timothy Thomas of Cullman, Alabama was described as appearing to be under the influence of a substance. The deputies reportedly located methamphetamine and marijuana in his possession.  

Thomas was charged with meth and marijuana possession as well as public intoxication.
