Three Benton residents were arrested Friday on drug charges by Marshall County Sheriff's deputies.

The deputies said they came to an apartment on Hilldale Lane to make contact with 47-year-old Wendy Rhodes regarding an active Marshall County warrant. Also present were 36-year-old Scott L. Nelson and 48-year-old Michael W. Gordon.

While at the apartment, deputies observed suspected methamphetamine and drug-related items in plain view. A search of the residence resulted in the seizure of additional suspected meth.

All three individuals were taken into custody without incident and charged with possession of a controlled substance. Rhodes was also charged with trafficking in a controlled substance.
