Loveless was also charged with the following offenses: Distribution of Obscene Material (two counts Lyon County),, Criminal Trespassing, Possession of Controlled Substance-Firearm Enhanced, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Defaced Firearm, Possession of Handgun by Convicted Felon, Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence-Controlled Substance and Distribution of Obscene Material (Livingston County criminal complaint).
Loveless was taken to the Crittenden County Detention Center. The investigation is continuing.
