Mayfield mayor Kathy O' Nan announced this week Justin Carrico has started duties in the newly created position as City Projects Administrator.
Carrico is a professional administrator with twenty years of leadership experience, a background in finance and seven years in community and project development.
As Founder/President of CATALYST, Carrico not only develops and oversees all aspects of this nonprofit organization but has also created various avenues to serve the Mayfield community and its residents including service days, providing the first warehouse operation following the December 2021 tornado, and most recently implementing The Table To-Go Mobile Community Kitchen that serves free, hot meals every Tuesday night to those in the community.
Mayor O' Nan said: “The energy and enthusiasm that Justin Carrico brings to this new position of City Projects Administrator is exactly what is needed as the City of Mayfield moves forward with projects related to but not exclusive to our rebuilding,”
Carrico also previously served as a member of the Mayfield City Council.
