Chance of a few severe storms on Monday

Unsettled conditions will continue through Monday, with numerous showers and thunderstorms during the afternoon and evening today and Monday.  

The passage of a cold front Monday may produce a few strong to severe storms. This week's daily high will still approach 90 degrees.

A few showers and storms will still be possible Tuesday mainly in western Kentucky.  

Lower humidity will bring more comfortable conditions Tuesday and Wednesday.

The advance outlook for the Fourth of July is for scattered thunderstorms and a high of 93.
