A driver suffering a medical emergency led to his vehicle going airborne and striking a Reidland home on Friday.
According to the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to Benton Road and Grogan Circle around 11:13 a.m.
They determined that a Calvert City man was driving on Benton Road when he experienced a medical emergency and lost control of the vehicle.
Deputies said the vehicle traveled through several parking lots, became airborne when crossing Grogan Circle and crashed into a nearby home.
The driver was taken to an area hospital for treatment. Deputies said no one else was injured.
