Five arrested in McCracken covert drug operation

McCracken County Sheriff’s Office investigators said five people were arrested as part of a joint drug investigation with the Paducah Police Department.

Investigators said detectives and officers conducted a covert operation that included a controlled methamphetamine buy from 28-year-old Tyler Blasdel and Phillip Fisk, both of Paducah.

That buy led police to search a home on Maple Avenue on Friday. Four suspects were arrested at that home, and a fifth suspect was arrested at a home on Geibe Street later that day.

Along with Blasdel and Fisk, they also arrested 19-year-old Nina Choate; 27-year-old Hannah L. Walker; and 50-year old Phillip W. Walker

Investigators said they seized meth, fentanyl and marijuana in the investigation.
