Crash along I-24 near Reidland injures one

A Friday afternoon crash along I-24 in McCracken County injured one person.

The crash happened just before 4 p.m. near exit 16. McCracken County Sheriff’s deputies said a pickup truck driven by Chad Bryant of Tennessee was headed eastbound when he reportedly lost control. The truck ran off the road and overturned multiple times, ejecting Bryant. The truck came to rest near a tree line.

Bryant was taken to a local hospital with what were described as non-incapacitating injuries.
