A Fort Campbell soldier charged with felony assault from a 2022 DUI crash on I-24 will stand trial in Novemer.

Christiah Circuit Judge Andrew Self set a trial date of Nocember 14th for Nickolas Lack.

Lack is charged with assault, criminal mischieft and three counts of wanton endangerment after his vehicle struck a truck parked at the side of the interstate near the Oak Grove/Hopkinsville exit.

53 year old John Bright of Benton was in the back of the truck as a part of a construction crew and was thrown from the truck.
